EVA foam is a cross-linked copolymer of Ethylene and Vinyl Acetate (VA).
The Vinyl Acetate content typically ranges between 10% and 40%, controlling its softness, elasticity, and resilience.

  • Low VA content (10–15%) → Higher stiffness, better chemical resistance.
  • High VA content (20–40%) → Softer, better flexibility, improved cushioning.

The foam is expanded through a closed-cell cross-linking process, ensuring zero air or water permeability, making it completely waterproof and buoyant.
