• Cut the PVC Strips (if not pre-cut): If you bought a full roll, lay it flat and use a sharp utility knife and a straight edge to cut the strips to the correct height (H). Leave a little extra (e.g., 25-50mm) if you want the strips to brush the floor for a better seal.

 

Step 2: Mark and Drill Pilot Holes

• Hold the Track in Place: Position the cut track securely along the top of the doorway. Use your spirit level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. An unlevel track will cause gaps in your curtain.
• Mark the Screw Points: Mark the drilling points through the holes in the track onto the wall or lintel.
• Drill Pilot Holes: Remove the track and drill pilot holes at your marks. If drilling into concrete or brick, insert wall plugs.

 

Step 3: Secure the Mounting Track

• Align the Track: Place the track back over the pilot holes.
